REFLEXOLOGY

Practised over 5000 years ago reflexology has evolved into a highly effective natural therapy and treatment of choice for many people. The effective relief given by reflexology treatment has led to the development of medical research programs in several countries, most recently America, England, Japan and Denmark.

The relaxing feelings experienced during a reflexology treatment can be misleading as the internal effects after treatment are often quite precise and aggressive. This is a therapy which is safe to combine with other treatment methods or to use entirely on its own.

VRT, VERTICAL REFLEXOLOGY THERAPY.

VRT is best suited to a treatment targeting severe pain. The effects are often felt immediatly as it uses trigger points which access painful locations throughout the body. The first half of this treatment is done while the patient is standing. Time required 60 minutes.

TOUCHPOINT METHOD.

Originating from a team out of Denmark this reflexology targets specific regiona of the body which are at the root of the problem. Requiring a firm to moderate pressure the effects are often immediate and are very long lasting, Time required 60 minutes.

CRANIO-SACRAL REFLEXOLOGY.

Created by a doctor from France and now heavily researched by oncology hospitals in England this therapy is primarily directed to the brain and spinal cord. It has been found particularly effective for patients suffering neurological symtoms, and has had success addressing a wide range of problems.
